Who Can Buy Land From Us?

We sell land to anyone who has a desire to own land. There is no credit check, no high down payment, no red tape. If you want to own land you are welcome here.

How Does it Work?

Click on our "Land for Sale" link and browse the parcels we have to offer. When one catches your eye, click on the picture on the right side of the page – you will see more pictures and a description of the land. You will notice that you have a choice of down payment and monthly payment options. Try selecting different options – you can choose to buy without a down payment, or receive a generous discount for making one. You can also pick your monthly payment ( lower if you are on a tight budget - a little higher if you want to decrease your interest rate and shorten the numbers of months on the note). Make yourself comfortable, relax, you control the terms.

How Can I Buy?

When you find the perfect property and you have chosen the right terms to fit your budget, just click on the "Buy Now" button. You will be asked for the name and address you want on the contract and deed; you will have a choice of payment options, including personal check, money order, or credit card (through PayPal). You can even make your monthly payments by mail or on our website if you choose.

Contract Fee

There is a one-time fee of $135 that covers our cost for preparing your contract and recording your deed at the County Courthouse.
